It was a Beautiful Ducky Day!

Happy Duck Spring Game!  We took a trip over to Eugene - supposedly to celebrate my brother's birthday - but more because we love hanging out - and this is the only way he will let us get away with celebrating!  A beautiful, sunny day, a fantastic group of family, and a football game - what could be better?!
We know how to cheer in style - appropriate clothing, appropriate whistles, and a giant smile to accompany it all!

Budding photographer - she loves the cameras - and has good taste - for the expensive cameras - and yarn.  She makes me so proud! ;-)

The biggest Duck fan of them all!  I saw this pose aaaaaaallll day!  He was checking out the new recruits - and is excited about the coming season!  One happy man to be in Autzen!

Game?  What game?  I can't see a game!  Mr. B enjoys life to the fullest - and makes us smile while doing it!

Missy strongly rivals Andy for 'biggest Duck fan' title.  She is another one who didn't take her eyes off the field - and to actually be ON the field - she thought that was better than chocolate!

After the game - they released the hounds and let the kids run all over the field!  Andy got to touch the goalposts - and take pictures with his kiddos (plus one!) in front of them.  He went to bed a happy man!

Running on the field - practicing his 40s!

She ran so hard her pigtails flew behind her - and nothing can beat that grin1

Mr W would rather show off his 'stance' for the line, rather than show me his running skills!  He is ready to be a Ducky!

Cousins!  This was one hard (impossible) picture to get everyone looking - and we had 4 cameras clicking!  It was the end of the day, and they were tired and hungry - but the smiles were still firmly in place!

And although the scrapbooking is taking center stage - again! - one trip to Eugene equaled 2 and a half new wash cloths!  I took 'stupid' knitting that didn't need concentration, and actually finished something!  Going to have to try that more often.  There are two sweaters in progress....we shall see if they ever get done! :-)
